Cleaning

theHIVE will provide event breakdown, deep cleaning, and sanitation after your event. A $200.00 cleaning fee is required for each booking. The event host is responsible for general cleaning, maintaining and disposing of all trash and recycling in the receptacles during the event.
Chairs

theHIVE provides the following chairs included in your rental fee:

100 gold chiavari chairs.

Chair cushions are not included. Chair cushions can be rented for $3.00 per cushion.

theHIVE provides the following choice of tables included in your rental fee.

​6ft rectangle banquet table (seats 8 - 10).

8ft rectangle banquet tables (seats 10 - 12).

48 inch round table (seats 6 - 8).

36 inch round table (seats 2-4)

Event rentals:

High tables, additional chairs, chair cushions, and dance flooring are available upon request for additional costs. Check our event rentals catalog for event additions.

Floor plan setup
-
Setup of table and chairs is the responsibility of the event host. Our staff will leave out the amount of chairs and tables requested for your event.

theHIVE can provide a computer floor plan, and setup of table and chairs for an additional charge of $250.00.

Event attendant:
-
Event attendants are available upon request for an additional charge of $25/HR. The event attendant is knowledgeable of the event space details and operations, and is responsible for assisting the event host with opening and closing of the event, cleaning and replenishing toiletries and supplies, maintaining trash, and assisting guests and hosts during the event.
