Booking Information

We Are Green!

theHIVE is a luxury green event space. We pride ourselves on making a positive impact on the environment in the events industry by decreasing the waste output from large events, recycling wastes, and decor materials used for events. Signs and information are posted on the trash receptacles and in the venue for assistance with this process. When booking theHIVE you agree to following:

  • You and your guests will use the recycling receptacles provided by theHIVE.

  • You and your guests will use the compost receptacles provided by theHIVE.

  • No styrofoam containers or cups are allowed for events at theHIVE.

  • No individual glass bottles for beverages are allowed for events at theHIVE.​

*NOTE: Wine, champagne, and spirts bottles that serve more than one guest are ok.

Request
a quote & tour

​

  • Complete a booking request by clicking the Get A Quote button.

  • Tours are optional, if you decide not to tour the venue please note this in your booking request and we can skip that step.

Schedule A tour

​

  • A quote with pricing and availability will be emailed to you within 24hrs.

  • A HIVE bee member will follow up with you by either phone, text, or email to schedule your tour and answer any questions you may have.

  • You will receive an appointment confirmation via text and email.

  • At the tour you can discuss any adjustments or additions you would like made to the estimate.

secure your date

  1. Once you have decided to proceed with booking a contract and an invoice will be sent via your email.

  2. You must read, review, sign the contract, and make a deposit before the date is secured.

  3. Once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed you will receive a booking confirmed appointment via email and text for the date and time requested of the event. 

  4. Your date is secured.

The Planning Process

90 days
Prior to your event

​​

  • Pay the remaining balance of your invoice.

  • Provide all vendor details that will assist your event. 

  • If serving food or alcohol  send a copy of your banquet permit to info@thehive.gallery

  • Provide a copy of your event insurance to info@thehive.gallery

7 days
prior to your event

 

​

  • Confirm your event details via email at info@thehive.gallery.

    • Guest count.

    • Amount of tables and chairs requested

    • Additional amenities requested.

  • Pay your security deposit.

​

Check in process

​

  • Bee at theHIVE venue at your scheduled check in time. 

  • A HIVE bee member will meet at the time of your checkin.

  • The bee member will walk you through theHIVE with a checklist and provide all necessary instructions and details needed to contact us, operate lighting, music, trash, recycling and equipment in the space to ensure your event is a success

  • Time to party!

Check out Process

  • At the conclusion of your event a HIVE bee member will preform a final walk through with you and asses any damages or excessive cleaning needed. 

  •  Your security deposit will be returned within 7 days after your event.

  • Look out for special events, promotions and special offers offered by theHIVE for your future event needs. We hope you enjoyed your time with us.
